On the first floor there are a further two bedrooms, each with one double bed and a single bed, and a further two showers/wc. All of the bedrooms open up to either a balcony or sun terrace with patio furniture, offering a variety of views over the surrounding countryside, the kourtaliotis gorge, all the way to the sea. All bedrooms have air conditioning (extra local charge), two of them have a tv and three come with a little fridge. For cooler spells the house is also equipped with central heating (extra local charge). In the basement of the villa there is an apartment occupied by the owner, who is away at work during the day. The nearest beaches are at ammoudi approximately 2 km away, and shoinaria with its diving centre is just 3 km away. Further beaches can be found at preveli and damnoni, each 5 km away, and at plakias at approx 6 km distance.
